Eat Wisely

Did you know that every 35 days, your skin replaces itself? Your liver, about a month. Your body makes these new cells from the food you eat.

After Kailyn was born, my family and I decided to take our health more serious. My husband and I were struggling with Aubrey's health. She was born with a blood disease called Sickle Cell Disease. The meds she was on, wasn't helping her at all; In fact, she was becoming more an more jaundice. To make matters worse for us, Kailyn was also born with Sickle Cell. I was devasted! It was time to step up and figure somthing out. Doctors cannot cure this disease, the meds do not help, and the side effects are absurd.

Sleepless nights researching on natural remedies and cures, led us to a holistic healer, by the name of Dr. Sebi. "Mucus is the cause of every disease. Eliminate the mucus and you eliminate the disease"- Sebi.

We started transitioning to a healthier lifestyle, rather than just the diet. We eventually cut all ties with meats, fish, dairy, starch-based foods, and GMOs. In addition, my husband ordered a few iron-based herbs from Dr.Sebi's website. Amazingly, Aubrey and Kailyn have been healthier than ever. We spend less time at doctors' offices and hospitals, and more time at home.

What you eat literally becomes you. You have a choice in what you're made of. Here's a picture of one of our favorite dishes.

Ingredients:

Chickpeas (soak them overnight)

Red Onions

Green Onions

Tomatoes

Asparagus

Stir fry your veggies using dulse flakes (sea vegetable), Italian Seasoning by "Simply Organic", cayanne pepper powder, pink himilayan salt, Coconut Amino Sauce, and coconut oil (do not cook the oil). Serve with a side dish of your choice; I for one, love mixing this with my Quinoa. Yum! Enjoy!
